I am specialized in the field of dispute resolution, in particular in commercial litigation and arbitration.

Attorney at Law / Rechtsanwalt / Avocat

I had brilliant teachers, starting with Professor Pierre Tercier, and worked on a large number of extremely challenging matters. This has made me the lawyer that I am today.

Since the start of my professional career over 20 years ago, I have worked on a large number of commercial disputes related to various industries, in particular banking and finance, trade, and construction.

From January 2012 to December 2015, I was a member of Eversheds’ dispute resolution team
in Zurich, in which I principally worked on international commercial disputes. From 2005 to 2011,
I was an in-house counsel at Bank Leu and then Clariden Leu, Zurich, which were integrated
into Credit Suisse Group in 2012. I was an associate at Pestalozzi Attorneys at Law Ltd, Zurich,
from 1996 to 2005, discontinued by a one year position as a foreign associate in the litigation department of Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP in New York (2002/2003).

I graduated from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, in 1996 (German/French bilingual studies; magna cum laude), and I was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 1998. In 2017, I obtained a PhD from the University of Lucerne, Switzerland.

I am a member of the Swiss Bar Association and the Zurich Bar Association.
